Showcased at the agency’s headquarters, this four-foot, three dimensional seal was precision routed and hand-carved from high-density urethane foam and then sprayed with a coating of LuminOre. The American eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows was carved to a depth of more than 1", rendering an impressive degree of detail which is beautifully captured by the highly polished LuminOre surface.
